Can I start with Plugins and move to Cloud later?
Yes. Start with one plugin, upgrade to a Bundle, migrate to Cloud when scale makes it a better fit. Your data stays Redmine-native throughout. When you move to Cloud, the services team imports your existing Redmine instance.
A portion of your most recent Plugin / Bundle purchase is credited against a Cloud subscription when you switch – ask sales for the specific offer.
Why do plugin prices vary across the catalogue?

What happens to my purchase if we outgrow the tier?
Self-hosted paths (Plugins and Bundles) scale with your Redmine. Once you outgrow bare self-hosting – typically when you need AI / agents, want the full suite without renewals, or cross 50+ projects – Cloud is the natural next step. The services team handles the switch free of charge.
Do you offer free migration from other tools?
Yes – bundled with any Plugin / Bundle / Cloud purchase. The services team handles import, data mapping, and workflow replication from Jira, Monday, ClickUp, or RedmineUP. Typical migration for a 50-person team takes 1–2 days.
