Do I own my data if I use Managed Cloud?
Yes – completely. Redmineflux manages the infrastructure, but ownership of your project data, issues, time entries, and documents stays with your organisation at all times. You can export a full database backup whenever you like in standard Redmine format. If you ever leave, that export works on any self-hosted Redmine instance.
Which Redmine version does Managed Cloud run?
Managed Cloud runs the current supported Redmine version. Updates are applied by the Redmineflux team on a rolling schedule – your environment stays current without any action on your side. Plugin compatibility is verified by Redmineflux before any Redmine version is rolled out to production instances, so your team never hits a broken workflow after an update.
